OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

We provide evaluations, consultations, and treatments  for:

Occupational therapy evaluates gross motor skills, oral motor development, feeding skills, visual perception, fine motor abilities, and sensory processing functions. *Sensory processing refers to the way the nervous system receives messages from the senses and turns them into appropriate motor and behavioral responses.

In OT, we initiate a plan to remediate difficulties in problem areas. The OT team has been highly trained in sensory integration, neuro-developmental training, oral motor, feeding and handwriting skills. We treat the whole child in helping them reach their optimal function.
